Born 30 years ago, the firm Piante Faro is leader in Europe for production and wholesale of mediterranean, subtropical and tropical plants.

The Piante Faro founds in Sicily, an island located in the middle of Mediterranean sea, its temperate climate creates favourable conditions for the best quality's production all around Europe.

The production is developped in an area of about 310 hectares, half part for potted plants and the rest for plants by the soil. We are building 30 hectares of greenhouse for an “High Quality” production.

Generally, markets of reference are those of all european continent, a large part of Middle East till Extreme-Orient. Nowadays the Piante Faro's products are rooted in more than 25 countries all around the world.

Moreover, in these last years, with its perseverance through new markets very difficult to be entered, the Piante Faro has followed a new strategy, opening another production's company in North Africa, Tunis; "les Pépinières de Carthage", this is the name of the new company in Tunis; in a short time this one has already conquered an important place in the local plants market, its main objective is the expansion in all african countries along the mediterranean cost.

The "Mission" which Piante Faro has always fixed is a first choice offer to all customers with a large range of products, now we can find in the catalogue more than 400 species of plants and 1000 varieties (see page Catalogue) the guarantee of its high quality products and the best service for satisfying its customers' requirements.
