The winery is situated in a new subterranean building which exists in complete harmony with its surroundings. Its construction was driven by eco-friendly ideals and energy saving technology. Placed among are the barrels are some outstanding works of art created by artists and crafts people using volcanic rocks, iron, wood, and soil from the vineyards in a perfect balance between culture and wine. Artists who have worked on this project include Alfio Bonanno and Giorgio Vigna.
